Like it’s not enough that your period is painful as f*ck, but you have to worry about getting your bed bloody in the night as well.
Waking up in a puddle and feeling like a baby is not pleasant. Thinking about getting those sheets clean right after you’ve woken up is not a pleasant feeling as well.
Here are some tips on how to avoid that.
First of all, this is the absolute perfect period to bring out those loosened underwear panties. Se*iness is the last thing you would have to worry about at this period.Your comfort is the first. If you have really “rich” menstrual periods, you could also put a second pair over the first one, just to be sure.
Unfortunately, there is no “right position” that could make your period less fluid. Also, you are not a robot and can’t just programme yourself to sleep and wake up in one position.
However, it’s quite logical that sleeping on your side takes less pressure than sleeping on your tummy, thus, making less chance for you to wake up feeling like you made a mess in the bed.
Also, there are plenty of products you could buy, like extra large pads or reusable clothes pads. Just to make you feel extra comfortable.
You could try some of this tips we’ve prepared for you, but they don’t guarantee a 100% leakproof period.
